A. The only way to guarantee the authenticity of a Pasha product is to purchase it through Pasha’s official website: www.pashafabrics.com or Pasha’s flagship stores as well as our authorized dealers.

Packaging
A. Each suit will be delivered in its unique Pasha packaging.

A. It will take 10-15 working days for your Pasha suit to get stitched.
A. Pasha’s tailoring service is only applicable to Pasha products.
A. You may visit your nearest Pasha flagship store to have your measurements taken.
Online Shopping
A. The digital display on the site as well as unique screen resolution might cause a slight colour variance and hence products cannot be returned or exchanged due to this reason.
A. First log in to www.pashafabrics.com , browse through the site and select the products you like. Add them to the cart and select checkout. At checkout you may log in to your unique Pasha account or you may checkout as a guest. Then you will be required to fill in your details. Once you have filled in your details, select free shipping and payment method. Your order will be completed.
A. You have the option to chat live with our sales consultants while on the website by pressing the chat icon at the bottom.

Delivery
A. Pasha delivers orders within 3-5 working days across Pakistan.
A. Pasha offers free shipping on all orders.
A. Once you have placed an order, you will be sent a text message with a tracking ID by the customer service department.

If you want your order to be delivered to a different address you may add that address to your order or if you wish to change the address then you may call the customer care department at +971-50-3767-496 or +971-50-3767-496. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
A. A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. If no person is available at your address to take the delivery of the parcel,the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver the parcel.Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Gifting
A. You may select a gift for someone and deliver it to their address. You may contact the customer care department at +971-55-8433-677 or +971-50-3767-496 and ask them to generate a gift receipt for that order.
A. Pasha has its unique packaging for all its luxury products, we can however add a gift card with the order if you let us know in advance.
A. The order will be delivered with a gift receipt which will have zero as the amount.
A. Yes, they may contact the customer care department at +971-55-8433-677 or +971-50-3767-496 to get the gift exchanged or they may take it to an official Pasha store and get it exchanged after a quality check.

Returns and Exchanges
Pasha is not responsible for any variance in colour or texture that might occur due to digital display on computers, phones,tablets ,etc.Therefore products cannot be returned or exchanged for this particular reason.
We will not be able to fulfill any return or exchange requests in some cases,including the following:
The Product is not in its original form ie(tags,labels,packing or accessories are missing) Product is defected because of use. The time allowed for exchange/return has expired.
No product/Item ordered online can be exchanged at any authorized Pasha Retail/Distributer outlet. In case you want to exchange your item because of a defect ,you may contact our customer service department by emailing us images of the defected product at info@pashafabrics.com or calling us at +971-55-8433-677 or +971-50-3767-496 within 3 days of purchase.
After our team reviews the product and approves your request, you will be offered an exchange equal to the price of the returned product.
Refunds will, in most cases, be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of any return. In case of credit cards, it can take two billing cycles before the credit is shown on your credit card statement.
